converting gamesaves? (MI2+scummVM)

fortunately i found out how to play monkey island 2 with music via this scummVM, cuz theres a loss of athmosphere without it. whatever, i started to play MI2 without sound and without scummVM. but my gamesaves (saved without scumm) were saved as SAVEGAME.001,SAVEGAME.002 aso. but with scummVM the savegames are called MONKEY2.001 aso.

i renamed the old savegames but they are not listed when i want to load them with MI2 (started with scummVM)

argh i dont want to play all this stuff again (about 4 hours)

is there a possibility to convert them or something, cuz obviously scummVM saves the game in a different way, or not?

please help !

To the best of my knowledge there's no way to convert the savegames. If anybody knows anything else, I'd be very interested in knowing how to do that.
