StormHammer Posted October 16, 2003 Share Posted October 16, 2003 Extract some of the files from the assets0.pk3 file. For each NPC there should be files for like...Head, Torso, etc. You need all of these to make the skin. Use Winzip to open the .pk3 file and pick the files you want to extract, then you can open those files up in a paint program of your choice and mess around with it.
