Allronix
Actually, I found him a rather good character. Sure, he's unhappy. First, he has to rely on a total stranger on Taris, then the PC's a Jedi, and no one's really filled him on on what the hell's going on, so he gets frustrated...and loses his cool. Warming up to him pays off, though. Once he figures he can trust your character, he's not such a bad guy. The Dark Side dash? Look, can't forgive him for standing back when the party configuration undergoes drastic overhaul, but I can't blame him for running like hell. He knows he's outgunned - big time. Oh, and if your character is female, and you befriend him...(well...maybe a bit more than befriend), he makes a last ditch effort to redeem your character on the Star Forge. Too bad the ""Carth Redemption" ending was left on the cutting room floor, though. The "good" news (for you Carth haters) is that the Female Dark Side ending DOES allow you to kill him. Morn Hyland
I hadn't really noticed it until seeing this thread. I've gotten past the Rancor using MV and Z, and so invited Carth into the party storming the BV HQ ... Kept getting killed! So the big guy is holding back. But I gather I need to use the female wiles of my character to win his trust. As a pointy-eared character from a different franchise would say, "Fascinating ..."
