Or at least the Caribbean. Or at least getting revenge on Guybrush for blowing up the fortress. Largo just doesnt like to be bossed around because hes a bully. Largo probably survived the explosion and is just hanging out in a dusty old LucasArts filing cabinet, waiting to revenge himself on everyone.
