Yes, we are dominate, but we are still citizens like everybody else. Dont forget that. Arina is the leader of the Militia only after the Mayor agrees, which he has, and people can only join the Militia if Arina and the Mayor agree. We don't, and shouldn't, get total say on who is and isn't in the city Militia. This goes for other city policies as well. We will have a say in what happens, but we wont have the only say.
