Shifty OS
Earlier today I updated Jedi Academy with the patch. After that I realized there were no servers with the new patch. So I reinstalled it today. But for some reason it wont work. When i try to start the game it goes to the screen that says Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy and then freezes. Ive reinstalled it about 10 times today. So now I dont know how to fix it and I really wanna play it. So please help.

You should trying re-patching your new installation. There isn't any reason for most people to stay with the unpatched version.

Astrotoy7
Shifty, uninstall, including config files and everything. First make a copy of savegames for re-insertion later(if your attached to them), then get rid of the whole damn JA folder, so when you reinstall, you are doing it from scratch..... Keeping the folder in there and the old config files, seems to also keeps buggy things despite uninstalls, especially if you are trying to roll back the f$#ken patch..... Kurgan
I regularly see 300+ servers using JA 1.01's in-game server browser, so that probably isn't your problem. Make sure your ports are correctly set. Do you have ports 29060-29099 (TCP&UDP) available?
