jamesg918
I have been playing games on the PC now for over 12 years, and have always used a joystick. I don't know if I can get used to using a mouse and keyboard. My problem with JKII is that the joystick is just too sensitive. When I try to aim, I always overshoot, it seems that there is one speed and when I want to stop on something, I end up way past. I have tried resetting all of the settings and still cannot find a happy medium. This is killing my ability to play the game, I have had this game for months, and I love the look, the concept, but I get so frustrated, I just don't stick with it. Any thoughts on how to configure the joystick to a point where the game is playable? I have a Logitech Wingman 3D. WIth all of the available buttons plus the mouse, I should be good, but I just can't find a good setting. HELP!
Neverhoodian
I just use the mouse/keyboard combination. It takes a little bit to get used to and bind the keys to your liking, but you'll be amazed at the control and responsiveness it delivers. It may not be good for flight sims and the like, buy it's excellent for FPS games.
