Jedi Academy crashing help please

My computer:

Intel P4 2.6 Ghz

Memory 512 400Mhz

Video Card: ATI All In Wonder 9800 Pro Drivers:

Windows XP Pro with SP1

DirectX 9.0b

 

Jedi Academy is crashing any idea to fix this ?

 

The zone is using 46608375 bytes (44.45MB) in 8722 memory blocks

The zone peaked at 110399750 bytes (105.29MB)

How much RAM is in your system? Do you have the latest patch from Raven Software (v1.01). Do you have the latest drivers from ATI (3.10 I believe) and is it crashing as you load the game, in-game, or where exactly?

I have 512 of RAM 3200 Kingston DDR

 

I have the latest ATI drivers 3.01

 

I don't have installed yet 1.01 patch

 

Normaly crash when I finish a mission and enter to new one in the loading process crash.

I get alsmost the same error, and similar (high spec machine)

 

My computer:

Intel P4 2.8 Ghz

Memory 512 400Mhz

Video Card: HEFORCE Ti4200 64Mb

Win 2k Pro with SP4

DirectX 9.0b

Seems to me like it could be a Memory issue, since you both have

 

Memory 512 400Mhz

 

Although it would be very rare, any computer hardware can cause problems in games. Its possible the memory isnt freeing up enough for Academy to load properly.
