[ASJN] Balboa Posted January 16, 2004 Posted January 16, 2004 ok, i have milk shape version 1.7 something, and finished a model i was working on... but i have no Ghoul exporter GLM. does anybody know what i can do, or do i need a whole different program tool?

Lil Killa Posted January 18, 2004 Posted January 18, 2004 It also depends on what your making... if you makeing a player model then you should even be making your model in milkshape till 2.0 as there is no vertex weighting yet. If your doing a wepon then check this tutorial out. Alot of the info is out of date but the section on exporting as an md3 and then glm should work although I have yet to try it.... (am still learning how to do all of this stuff )

ondrahosek Posted January 22, 2004 Posted January 22, 2004 Get yourself GMAX Tempest from the discreet website, that contains an MD3 exporter. Then use MD3View's File > Export as GLM feature to convert it. If you are working on a player model, the whole thing is more complicated.
Jedi_Vogel Posted January 26, 2004 Posted January 26, 2004 Thanks Great Help And I'm not going to work on a player model...I saw elsewhere that I should wait for Milkshape 2.0 before attempting that. I'll try n do a saber for starters I think.
