Lil Killa
http://jedidreams.codealliance.ca/ This is a Plugin that Exports non-animated(*default) Ghoul2 models(.glm) from Milkshape3D. This plug-in won't support animation or player models until milkshape3d 2.00 is released. (have no idea what quote is supposed to mean by "non-animated(*default)" : / )
[ASJN] Balboa
yes i've seen that. gotta wait till 2.00 then
Lil Killa
It also depends on what your making... if you makeing a player model then you should even be making your model in milkshape till 2.0 as there is no vertex weighting yet. If your doing a wepon then check this tutorial out. Alot of the info is out of date but the section on exporting as an md3 and then glm should work although I have yet to try it.... (am still learning how to do all of this stuff )
Jedi_Vogel
While we're on topic... GLM exporter for GMax? and if ppl are having to wait for Milkshape 2 to arrive, does that mean you can't make MP Models in Milkshape until version 2 comes out? ondrahosek
Get yourself GMAX Tempest from the discreet website, that contains an MD3 exporter. Then use MD3View's File > Export as GLM feature to convert it. If you are working on a player model, the whole thing is more complicated.
Jedi_Vogel
Thanks Great Help And I'm not going to work on a player model...I saw elsewhere that I should wait for Milkshape 2.0 before attempting that. I'll try n do a saber for starters I think.
