Macros?

Hi everyone, i think its a kind of newbie question but what is a macro? And what does 'grinding' mean? If anyone knows please answer, it will be alot of help

a macro is the little buttons in the bar on the top of the screen, You can make custom macros as well, Control-A is a list of all the macros you have.

 

grinding is like.. well Creature handlers "grind" exp by catching a low level pet training it then releasing it, just getting exp, but not keeping what you get.
