My own texture wont work in real game...

I made my own texture and when i run the game I get this error:

Refusing to load non-power-2-dims(217, 170) pic "textures/usa/Icon

WARNING: shader 'textures/usa/icon' has lightmap but no lightmap stage!

Im quiet new in the mappaing area, thanks for replays
