Omg I knew I was going blind

Ok, WTF!? I know I saw a thread around here that had a bunch of pictures that added light sabers to them... But I can't find it I just want to get to the tutorial on how to make them in photo shop.

 

I know this is painful for everyone, but could you possably point me to it, or show me how to make them in PS (really dumb it down ...please)
