Triggering Side Quests by Save Editing

As usual, it seems Juhani's quest has fudged up other side-quests in the game.

 

I can't get the Premium Items quest to trigger. The messenger is no where to be found.

 

Would anyone know how to edit the save file so the quest is active, or edit it so I can go and talk to the catina guy at Korriban to buy the items?

To get the bartender on Korriban to sell you premium you must have the following condition (as dictated by k_pkor_exch10.ncs):

 

Global:

k_Exchange_Store >= 10
