Probably one of the best ones is Colosseum 1.0. Although small, it is very well put together. I personally didn't like it too much, but many others seemed to love it, so you might as well check it out.

 

Tavion is another, I liked it. It was executed fairly well, too.

 

There's not many actual mods for SP, either it's just a single level, or just skin replacements...

I like Dash Rendar Resurgence a lot, and Nemesis of Katarn .

Don't forget the Dark Forces Mod Demo. Get the 1.1 Patch for it as well. The mod's been moved to JA now, but you can still get the JO level. It's awesome.

 

There's also Escape From Takron-Galtos. Spice Mines on Kessel is another stellar level. Hoth: Imperial Base is pretty good, but it leaves you hanging at the end. I don't think the author got around to making a sequel to it. A shame, as he was planning on making a follow-up level to it.

 

Those are some of my favorites. The levels that the others have mentioned are loads of fun as well. Check 'em out!

Yeah, the Dark Forces mod is sweet, I just wish it were finished, I hate playing W.I.P's. That ImpHoth level is nice too, very professional looking.
