Kurgan
Remove all versions of the game completely (including the demo) from your hard drive. Do NOT use any cracks or hacks (or trainers) of any kind. Reinstall the game from the original discs (1 & 2, not copies) and then apply the 1.01 patch. You might also try cleaning your discs if they seem to be scratched. Harbinger342
Already had it completely removed. Discs are the originals Never used and hacks/mods/cheats for the game Never downloaded the Demo ----Still doing the same thing. Searching for Data4.cab on Disc
Kurgan
Try cleaning the discs, using an inexpensive CD cleaning/scratch repair kit that you can find at any computer store. Smudges or small scratches can make a world of difference by making normally readable data unreadable.

Disk 1 has data1.cab and data2.cab. Disk 2 has a small data3.cab. If you have defective disks, you can send them to LucasArts and they will replace them for $5 a disk. Crow_Nest
Do you have another drive in your PC? (It can be a DVD drive too)
Sabretooth
I know this error. It happened to me when you reached 90-99% and it hung up. Then the message would come. Clean your CDs and your drive properly and try again. If not, try installing after say, 1-5 hours, it works. If it doesn't, the disc is badly damaged and you can regret the fact that you deleted JKA before.
