numark79
Sup! First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Prime for all his support and advice, and for giving me the opportunity to work on such awesome stuff =) While this mod started out as a simple retexture of Prime's Ep.2 Movie Style Robes to make them compatible with female characters, it eventually became this project to make a set of robes available for purchase for both male and female Jedi. Certain alterations were necessary to make the model of Prime's robe "fit" the female character, and so the model of the robe differs slightly from male to female. Anyways, this mod adds a selection of 4 Jedi robes to Crattis Yurkal's Aratech Mercantile shop on Dantooine. They are loosly based off of info from the Jedi classes found in the Power of the Jedi sourcebook. Each robe carries the following stats: Anakin-style robe==> Jedi Weapon Master Robe Defense Bonus +5 Max Dexterity Bonus +8 Strength +2 Obi-Wan-style robe==>Jedi Healer Robe Defense Bonus +5 Max Dexterity Bonus +8 Regeneration +2 Qui-Gon-style robe==>Jedi Scholar Robe Defense Bonus +5 Max Dexterity Bonus +8 Force point Regeneration +2 Mace Windu-style robe==>Jedi Instructor Robe Defense Bonus +5 Max Dexterity Bonus +8 Charisma +2 My goal for this was not to make an uber-super-overpowered set of robes. Rather as far as the stats were concerned, I tried to more or less follow the lines of the Qel-Droma robes as a guide. Something realistic, that could easily fit into the RPG element of the game. Also, the male and female versions of the robes differ slightly. Try as I might it proved just about impossible to retexture the female version of Prime's robe model along the original male lines. This finished model was, for better or worse, basically the best I could improvise with =\ Other than that, I hope people enjoy them, =) peace
Obex
Very, very cool. Very few people here strive for any sort of game balance. Thanks for your work on this.
