Weird problem

After I installed the 1.01 patch, MP would crash on the load screen just before the main menu.

SP would almost always crash after I load 2 levels (it does not crash on quickload).

I tried re-installing JA then installing the patch but it does the same thing.

Then I tried Tech support.

They said it was my firewall that came with XP .

They were wrong.

Then a computer technician came over (I had other problems on my computer such as spiruses viruses and other bad stuff) and fixed everything but I did not mention JA.

 

Does anyone know what the problem is?
