Jackel
Here they are after a buch of stuffing around and for some reason changing the colour of sabers i hadnt touched , i present my pink sabers You will find the female Jedi on the Ender Spire using one of them at the beginning of the game and you can get it off her corpse when shes dead http://www.pcgamemods.com/5922/ and the Q's. anyone have ideas where i can stick the other ones ? and my pink saber crsytal currently says blue rather then pink but that shouldnt be hard to fix i hope The readme Pink Saber by Jackel While playing around with the blue saber colour i made this colour , thought it looked interesting so saved it as the green color and then gave myself a green saber , it looked good ingame so i decided to make some pink sabers The three sabers here use the same uti as the other sabers and are fully upgradeable using the saber crsytals , the colour crystal is also replaceable like the normal saber When you are on the Ender Spire you run across two Jedi fighting , the "lightside" Jedi now has the pink doublesaber in her hands and will have it in her inventory when she dies so you have at least one of the sabers The other two sabers can be cheated in as i havent decided wher to place them at this time , when i do ill update this file and readme The saber cheats j_w_lghtsbr27 j_w_shorttsbr27 j_w_dblsbr027 Cheat for the crystal j_w_sbrcrstl27 (it says Crsyal, Blue but ill try fix that later) To use these sabers just place all these files in your override folder To delete these sabers just delete all these files from your override folder IF you all ready have a upcrystals.2da file in your override folder you will have to update it with the info in the PINK crystal line and modify the saber uti files to reflect this change Anyway , enjoy , play with , feedback welcome edit: T7 if you read this and want to add them to the next "Plugin" go right ahead , ill leave it up to you to change the upcraystal.2da and the uti files though

The upcrystals.2da points the color crystal to the sabers it creates, the saber .uti files, there is nothing I know of in the .uti that points back to the upcrystals.2da. I hope this helps, and cool pink sabers!
J'ando
Don't you have to point the model to the custom w_lsabre<color>0#.tga and .txi? And to do that I thought you needed a custom .uti to point to those?
Jackel
Blah , i just copied what was done for someone elses upgradeable sabers and made my *.2da file the same way And im sure i saw and changed something in the UTI files that made it point to 7 .. oh well i cant remember now J'ando : you need to have the uti file for your saber point to the modelvariance you used in my case 27 , i changed the colour in the mdl file with a hex editor to point to my pink colour file If you want to see what i did DL my ones and have a play around with them , do what you want to them , no worries about that
Mav
Here is what happens the modelvariation number in the saber's .uti file points to the .mdl, .mdx, and the menu icon .tga files the .mdl file has lines that point "back" to the modelvariation number in the .uti file has a line that points to the texture file(s) for the lightsaber hilt, and has lines that point to the blade color file the lines that say w_lsabre(color)XX those point to the .tga and .txi files that should say w_lsabre(color)XX. At least that is how I understand it to be. the upcrystals.2da has rows, one points to the .uti file for the crystal and then the last three rows point to the .uti file for the saber the first row being the short saber the second being the regular saber and the third being the double-saber. And to do that I thought you needed a custom .uti to point to those? Yes you do J'ando, but you are about 100 KM off the mark from what I was talking about, that was integrating Jackel's pink sabers work with another mod, like your white and orange sabers. The saber models and .uti's have nothing to do with upcrystals.2da, the .uti's files have nothing to do with what line is used for what crystal in the upcrystals.2da. The upcrystals.2da points the central color crystal to create the specified lightsabers .uti files in the short, long, and double model cells specified on that color crystals line, the line number used is irrelevant, and you don't have to change a thing in the sabers .uti files, as there is nothing in them to refrence back to the upcrystals.2da. To make Jackel's pink sabers work with another mod all you have to do is add the PINK upcrystals.2da line he created to your existing modded upcrystals.2da and that is it, put the rest of the saber files in override and go. Jackel stated above that the .uti files had to be changed as well, I was trying to save him a ton of headaches later on from peoples PM's and emails asking "what do I change in the .uti files?" or worse yet "What's a .uti file?" or even more horrid "If I use winrar and use the update function that'll work, right?" Jackel I hope this helps! And J'ando if that is not what you meant in your post, then please ignore my ramblings!
