What I mean is, when I make the .skin file and make my jpgs and stuff, I really won't need to put on textures and stuff from UVM Mapping, will I? I guess I'm not fully clear on UVW mapping. Psyk0Sith Posted July 22, 2004 Share Posted July 22, 2004 UVW mapping is required to give details to an object because a 3D model isnt much without a good skin! (and vice versa). Some game engines will not accept un-mapped objects, so you gotta assign some UVW even if it's a sloppy job. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
