VanLingo
'Tis true. I've worked at McDonald's, Cracker Barrel, and Pappadeaux's (the finest seafood chain in Texas), and you'd be horrified at what you eat sometimes. It's not junk food thats the problem at all -- it's humans. These days we are too indulgent. We watch hours upon hours of TV, we sit on the internet forever at a time, we play video games until we are late for work or school. And we eat like we don't care. Panzer, you could always lock your son in the attic. Because God forbid that he goes to kindergarten and picks up GERMS! Or Heaven help us when he learns to drive a car that's POLLUTING his breathing air. Too much of anything is bad -- look a the people who killed their kid by making her drink only water. It screwed up her electrolytes. Taken in moderation, fast food is just fine. It's all up to the person.

I was fidgety the whole movie, it makes you want to leave and go running or chomp down some vegetables! I rarely eat fast food anymore, but I used to eat it a lot. It's not that their food specifically is addictive, it's just that there's so much sugar and fat in EVERYTHING that it's just like indulging in anything else. His main point was that it was a neverending cycle where you'd eat to feel good, you'd get the sugar/caffeine rush, then come down fast and feel like crap.. So you'd eat some more crap to feel good again. People are just lazy asses. Humans don't know what good food is anymore, they don't know what our stomachs were designed to digest. None of this processed, artificial crap. Everyone should eat all natural, all organic food. Then we'd see sicknesses truly drop.

DieStarWarsGeek
I know many vegans, and they're all pretty healthy. It depends what you eat. Humans can do without milk and all animal kinds of products. But I think some meat should be eaten sparingly in diets. You get good protein and nutrients, but too much isn't good for your heart, etc.
