How Will This Game Handle Clan Names

I have a few questions about clan names:

 

1. What if 2 different clans have the same name or they have different names with the same abbreviation?

2. Will the game allow duplicate names?

3. Will you be able to use your full clan name in your title or will they have to be abbreviated?

4. Will this game even have your clan showing in your title?

 

Does anyone have an idea or info on this? Thx.

nothing on that has been confirmed me thinks, but i'malmost sure that

 

1) duplicate names will be allowed

2) no colours

3)just names

 

i dont think it will do any special things with duplicate tags or names. how long the name will be (characters) i havent got a clue

I think duplicate names will be allowed, just as duplicate abbriviations (the game doesn't know which players belong to a clan and which to the other)

 

I think you can put anything in your name, as long as it doesn't exceed the maximum character count. This would come down to being able to use clan abbriviations, with the cost that your name can't be too long, unless the character count is quite big.

well, we almost had a clan who named itself the outer rim,while there is another (very nice ) clan with the name outer rim garrison. Fortunate the clan leader was a nice person, who changed the name.
