I never doubted that, but if it's eye-candy on PS2, imagine the other versions (well actually I'm sure the difference aint too big)

Actually the difference is massive...in order for consoles to run these types of games...they have to be run in Low Resolution with low polygon counts. It's like taking a beautiful game like Joint Operations on the PC and putting everything down to low.

The Battlefront PC version uses high res textures AND high count polygons...

You know that blurring effect they call Bloom? It was designed from a console standpoint in order to hide jagged edges and low texture/poly res. It was'nt made for the PC ..but it stuck in there because it was first on Xbox and then converted over to PC. It's like a poor mans Antialias.

Doesn't have to do with skill when you are comparing mouse to controller. Mouse is a pointer, so it's a more natural method of playing fpsers...but controllers are more designed for action and the like. It's more out of design than skill.

All tho it DOES take skill to aim with the mouse even so. You can't just start using a mouse and suddenly you're pulling off Unreal moves like jumping and spinning and landing in the prone position and making a headshot...that takes practice AND skill. :) Took me a year to get that good.

Yeah take the arguments there. Go watch the video of SOCOM 2 I posted lol. Then you can see consols really can have good graphics and a controler really can own people lol.
