Whats the highest defense u ever got ?

I just got to level 20 in a game as a scoundrel 8/ consular 12 as light side and I'm pretty sure its the highest defense Ive ever had. My stats are

 

STR 15

DEX 24

CON 10

INT 10

WIS 20

CHA 14

 

I'm using Dominator gauntlets( Str+5), Combat Sensor( Dex +2), Cyber Reaction System (Dex+3, after giving myself implant feats), Qel droma robesand master dueling. When i cast my master speed and master valour my defense reaches 41. Then I thought if i had force armour it could be 47 and thats pretty high right? Any other cool ways to get ur defense astronomically high ?

If you use both force armor (defense +6) and master speed (+4)

You still only get +6 total, so your defense would be 43. But anyway, 41 is amazingly high. How did the fight with Malak go, did you block most of his attacks? The highest defense I've ever had was with a scoundrel/consular I completed the game with yesterday, she had 31 (35 with master speed). She had a dexterity of 16 (+3), improved scoundrels luck (+4), master sense (+6), master duelling (+3) and Darth Revans robes (+5).

I havent fought Malak yet but I am curious to see how it goes... By the way I love my box and altho i realise the irony of using a PC to say this can we keep PC comments out of the Xbox forum... Dont wanna start a riot, its just when i ask something ppl always say ' hey use this mod', Screw that i say play the game as its meant to be played... Once again, I have never ever used a mod on a game ever so I dont know the true benefits... But it just doesnt seem right to me... Pls only constructive criticism, im not here to argue...

I assume you're not talking to me? I didn't mention anything about any mods, I have the Xbox version and not even the download content.

No I wasnt talking abt u... I enjoyed ur input... My queation is abt defense and my grievance is abt pc ppl talking abt mods in the xbox forum... once again i will state pls lets not argue, i have an xbox, its where i play KOTOR and thats why i go to this forum ie the Xbox forum.... I do visit the PC forum for ideas on how to play i really dont wanna get in an argument abt PC vs XBOX... Lets just enjoy the most amazing game we'll play till Sith Lords comes out...

ROTS mod is so cool...you get to keep playin after the game (thx GSCCC!) And Redhawke's sabers are amazing...Achilles' robes are awesome...

my highest defense was....high. cuz i used some of redhawke's sexy mods.

 

isn't it great to see Revan with a hood, or in full mask as your main character? or switching to Malak to get his animations with KSE? Or using Svosh's works to get fuel of hate, light of force etc. then all the jedi implants, new feats, new powers...i can't believe how much you xboxers are missing. Ooh, that reminds me of this one mod...

My last character has a defense of 36 (40 with master speed). She's a scoundrel lv8/sentinel lv12 and has a dex modifier of 8, which is the max dex bonus on the star forge robes. I don't think it's possible to get a higher defense than that in the xbox version unless you have force armor too, which I didn't bother with because master speed is much better.

 

Malak still didn't have any trouble hitting me with all his attacks though (except automatic misses), so when you're fighting Malak you could as well have a defense of 10, it wouldn't make any difference.
