luck64
Been lookin around didnt see any other topics on this soo.. I use the PC version of battlefront, and clone trooper guns sound like AT-ST blaster shots, but the AT-ST vehicles blaster shots sound like they are perhaps for the clone trooper's rifle. Also have the same problem with AT-AT blaster sounds, kinda takes away from the feel of the gun fights If any of you have this problem or perhaps know how to fix it plz post away
Whoopknacker
I concur with you. Yes there is a mix up on the sound files. I wish you could change them as easily as on MOHAA.
psych0fred
The clone trooper definitely uses a completely different sound than the vehicles. The ATAT secondary weapon fire I think is the same as the ATST primary weapon fire sound. There is no mix up
Cleamer
If anyone can determine how the game's core files are archived, perhaps down the road someone can create a sound pack or a method to change the sounds to their correct effects. I wonder if the developers of this game even watched the original trilogy.

RedFoxRunner
Yeah, I definitly noticed the incorrect sounds, specifically with the AT-ST. When I first played the game I tried out Endor & couldn't wait to command that unit, but when I fired I knew immediately it wasn't correct w/ the movie sfx. The high pitched laser sound is known for the Empire & when I didn't hear it, it caught my attention. <sigh> Oohhh well. Not too shocked, considering all of the problems, but I hope it's corrected in the future.

luck64
Ah i have tested this with 5 of my friends and they all have the same sound error, but i was mistaken saying that the AT-AT SFX are bugged, those work fine, its just the clone trooper rifles and the AT-ST guns that have mixed up sound files
