Not sure if he means the same as me, but I'm trying to figure out how to replace/swap characters in the game. (I want to get rid of Juhani, or at least replace her with a different model, one that doesn't make her look like a living piece of carved baked cheese).

 

I have KSE, which darkkender suggests, but I don't see any way to switch skins or characters in it.

for new skins on the npc's like juhani pcgamemods has alot of variety of reskins for the other characters such as juhani. the problem comes with trying to change the character skin of your character is where you usually have to use kse for what he wanted.

I couldn't see why you recommended KSE, I had a copy and couldn't do anything. Then, after looking around here a bit, I found I had an older version of KSE, which didn't support switching character models at all, so I couldn't see why you recommended it.

 

I'm all set now, Juhani is now a lovely blonde. No more 'baked cheese Juhani' for me!
