Trouble with Norton

Now I recently upgraded to WinXP and realised that it isn't as bad as I thought, but there's one prominent problem. Norton Internet Security fails to start.

It said that it needs to be uninstalled, then reinstalled. So I uninstall it and when I run installation, everything goes fine till the "inistialising" stage. That's where an error pops up saying: "MSI file should be opened by Setup."

I can't go any further! 'Elp!

one thing I noticed was that my older PC (P3 800 128mb ram) cannot run NIS. It does run Norton AV that comes with system works. I suggest you go to http://www.symantec.com and consult its knowledge base. Just last week i did a manual uninstall which took me a damn 30 mins :( But things ar eback to normal now.

yes, check out their site, alotta helpful articles there
