A Question about Removing Mods

I'm relatively inexperienced at using mods in relation to KotOR. I want to delete my current set of mods and install a different set. Now in BG2, the Override folder was chock full of important files and the only way to do that was to uninstall and reinstall the game. I was wondering, in KotOR, it seems that the Override directory exists purely for mods. So does that mean I can just delete all files from the directory, and add new mods as I see fit, or are there key files I need to keep?

In Kotor, the Override folder merely exists so that files placed there will overwrite files from the game or be added to the game. There are no original Kotor files in Override when you install Kotor. Deleting all your files from Override will not influence your original game seeing as that folder is originally empty. Other mods' files may need to go to folders other than the Override but that's a whole different story.

So, to answer your question, yes you can delete all your files from Override :)
