RoxStar Posted January 21, 2005 Share Posted January 21, 2005 Ok, I purchased a new computer in August, it had over 100 dollars in rebates on the parts, 90 from the bare bones system, they haven't showed up yet and many people are complaining on various blogs. Demand my money back from the store (Tigerdirect.com) SOYO has ignored all my emails and they're "Contact Us" phone numbers are either always busy, or disconnects. Datheus Posted January 23, 2005 Share Posted January 23, 2005 You can try. I hate Soyo with a passion. In fact, I make it a point not to buy Chinese hardware now. I bought a Soyo motherboard about a year and a half ago. It was dead within a year. Chances are you'll have to go beyond Soyo. Talk to a lawyer. Get in contact with the BBB. Etc.
