Well, Dark Siders can steal health from opponents in order to heal themselves, and healing is a light side power. So there are a few force hypocricies to be found in the game. What about a LS power that caused opponents' hatred to cause them to "self destruct?" Kind of like Ghost Rider's 'Penance Stare' for comic geeks who know what i'm talking about..... Meaning that the Light Jedi wasn't attacking the opponoent, but using the force to cause the opponent to be consumed by his own hatred. Using the dark side against the dark sider, if you will.

I think that would be cool.

There's a difference between healing yourself and ripping the life force from someone else and hoarding it for yourself. But the point is that LS and DS represent two different ways to play the game, defensively and offensively (as far as the force goes) so if you start blurring the line between the two they end up only being different in the narrative sense. Gameplay would essesntially be the same.

Not necessarily, if you have high charisma then the line is "blurred" between dark and light to a certain point.

The fact remains that all offensive powers are either neutral or dark and all defensive powers are either neutral or light. What comes up as a problem is not the LS Jedi Master playing trying to use Force Storm but rather deliberatly labeling an offensive power as a light sided one.

Personally, I thought that a better idea for a force power at that special moment in the game when you get Force Crush would be a mix between Drain Life and Force. Something that lets you drain both from a single opponent in higher amounts than the normal two at a reduced cost, and like Enlighenment, only if you have both powers. (I would.)

IMO, it fits into the game better as well. Anybody kill a Jedi Master recently?

Yeah, but it is fun seeing people's backs snapping with force crush its added mostly for fun I guess.

I think force enlightenment is practical in any situation.

Force crush is fun. But it's only good if your enemies cannot save from it.

(I hope KOTOR3 will have Master Crush where enemies in a certain radius will get lifted up and squashed. Animations should be varied so it won't look so ... umm ... uniform?)

Too true, but what would look awesom is instead of just using one hand, you use both hands to kill two people at once. They should also add the option of crushing a container (like sabering a door) you could just crush the lock, but at a higher risk of losing your items.
