TheProphet
For some reason when I try to edit atton's dialoge file in either DLG edit or Freds Dlg edit i cant seem to get it to work, the normal DLG edit by tk102 just wont open the file, and when i save my changes in Fred's tool, in game some of the conditional scripts get lost or something and he just stands there always sayhing that one thing. Anyone else have this problem?
tk102
TSL Dialogs have a bunch of extra fields in them. I can't speak for Fred's editor, but in regards to my tools: DLGEdit - the registry path is hardcoded to find the dialog.tlk file. If you want to use this tool, you'll have to copy your TSL dialog.tlk file into your KotOR installation folder temporarily. But don't override your KotOR dialog.tlk when you do this! DLGEditor - Open DLGEditor. Choose File: Change TLK File and browse to your TSL dialog.tlk file. (Shortcut= Ctrl+T). Although the extra fields in TSL dialogs won't be displayed, I shouldn't think they would be corrupted by either of these tools. Dialog editing will be a formidable task ahead for Fred and I since these new fields aren't documented. Hopefully we'll have upgraded .dlg editing tools soon. I think I can speak for Fred when I say that it's on the rather lenghty to-do list and underlined.

Anyone else have this problem? The Dialog(ue) editor in Kotor Tool has yet to be updated to work with the new, added fields. Sorry for the hassle. TheProphet
Oh, Mr. Tetra, no worries. I have no complaints about your tools, they are an extreme help.
Fred Tetra
You'll be happy to know that I have now fixed the dialogue editor so you can at least view them for Kotor II. I somehow missed the editor in the updates to handle K II.
