Harker
Ok, so I broke down and decided against a skin pack, and to release in stages to give the interested parties more of a buffet to choose from. I have finished work on my EVIL HEAD. FROM THE README: ***EVIL HEAD*** Created by: HARKER Second mod and focused on having a really evil looking bastard! Goal was to have a male head geared to evil players that would ALWAYS look like you are going down the path to the darkside. I suggest if you opt to use this head, stay away from the lightside. Included are three transitions of DARK, DARKER, and OMG EVIL! The DARK head is your starting/neutral head. The DARKER head is when you first begin your path to evil. And the DARKEST head is for when you have passed the point of no return on your path to darkness. There are 8 files included: 3 HEAD RESKINS: PMHC01A.tga PMHC01AD1.tga PMHC01AD2.tga 3 PORTRAIT RESKINS: po_PMHC01.tga po_PMHC01D1.tga po_PMHC01D2.tga 2 UNDERWEAR RESKINS: pmbamc01.tga pmbamd01.tga ---INSTALL--- Just unzip the zip, and drop files into your Override folder. These files will REPLACE the head skins AND portraits for MALE 01 (the one that has the little "flava sava" goatee) It will ALSO replace the underwear for ALL Caucasian males. (therefore, remove the above marked files from OVerride to reset the underwear.) ------------- Screenshots are include and linked at PCGAMEMODS LINK TO FILE I would like to extend a warm and hearty thank you to Fred Tetra and tk102 for their wonderful tools (Kotor Tool and Kotor Save Game editor, respectively) I would also like to thank everyone at Holowan Labs for inspiration, critique, and calm atmosphere. And finally, thanks to LucasArts and Obsidian for making a great game and support for the modding community! If interested in using in your odd mod kit or what have you... by all means, go for it! Just please leave space for a shout out to me.

General Kenobi
Ever thought about trying the "head addon" and make it a new head like at the end of the list of heads at character setup? I was debating on whether or not to try it but I decided I'd hold off a bit. I'm not ready to learn how to edit the appearances files yet...lol I love the really pithy look on the Darkest of the Dark skins. has that been dead about two weeks look...very cool

Harker
@Melign- I'm going to stick to reskinning for now... additional stuff is over my head right now, methinks. I fubared my Kotor I mods by trying to mess with 2da files... don't plan on going that route until at least my current campaigns through the game are done. @Smaug- Thank you kindly sir! bblackmoor
This is probably a stupid question. If so, I apologize, but I've searched and not found any information so far. Is there a way to change a head on a character in play? Or is the head fixed once the new game is started? If I wanted to use this head, or one of the other standard heads, on a character mid-way through the game, is this possible? Thank you.
