No speed blur mod..

Here you can have the one I edited for myself. all it affects is the speed blur for the 3 levels of Force speed and also the one for FOrce enlightenment. Download

 

just drop that file in Overrde and your set. although if Kreia uses the power the blur affect will be on again But if you cast it it goes away.

Well it removes the nausiating blur effect that fills the screen when your running while using the The Force speed power.

 

You only see the effect if you have Frame buffer on, and you can get rid of it by turning Frame buffer off, But I like the other visual effects that Frame buffer offers.

 

So what this does is comment out the visual effect.

Frame Buffer does alot more than just add Speed blur :rolleyes:

 

Is this how removing any force power affect would work? I seem to remember having to edit the spells.2da or something in KOTOR...

 

I'm not really the person to ask, But this is a good method for getting rid of or adding visual effects from FP's, but you do need to know what effect you want to remove.

Yea, that was the one i was using. It was good, but unfortunatly it removed the sheild effect as well. So it becomes very diffcult for me to know if my shield has wore off and start taking blaster fire damage.

 

Any chance of having a version without the shield effects removed? thanks.

Yeah, I used to use that one too, but it removed too many effects. I happen to like most of them, just not speed blur.
