Nalukai Posted April 23, 2005 Posted April 23, 2005 is there a path to fire sounds already built in .. i noticed the sounds in korriban tombs with fire crackling ambient through out the map but i also could tell it wasnt a worldspawn speaker because there were some areas that had no fire in it. ? a. can i get the path to the fire sounds and ? b. i still plan add music to worldspawn so what would I do with the target speaker if i put them over the flames themselves... just loop them or what??? i have about 9 flames in map to generate sound with but like i said i plan to add ambient music to it at the end i dont want it to drown that out.
SMoKE Posted April 24, 2005 Posted April 24, 2005 Hey, You must add a target_speaker with the following settings: key: classname value: target_speaker key: spawnflags value: 1 key: noise value: sound/effects/fire_lp That will make a looped fire-sound where you put the target_speaker;)
