Jaden25 Posted April 29, 2005 Posted April 29, 2005 Has anyone noticed that Luke kind of smiled when Darth Vader saved him from Palpatine in Return of the Jedi I noticed this last night let me know if yall have seen the same thing thanks
Kurgan Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 I'd have to watch it again. I sort of remember him grimacing (almost like a smile but I figured from exertion, not from happiness). Maybe you've got something there, I'll keep an extra close eye out next time I'm watching ROTJ!
Ranre Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 Hmmmm, I looked at that. But I missed it. I didnt see Luke smile, but I think he was just plain happy that he didnt get electacuted and that Darth saved him.
Konar Posted May 13, 2005 Posted May 13, 2005 He smiled? I'm sure it wasn't in the script. Jedi aren't supposed to smile at people dying - that's a Sith thing.
Jeff Posted May 27, 2005 Posted May 27, 2005 I just watched it, and I don't think he really smiled. I think he was still wincing and making weird faces from the force lightning.
OmegaNothing Posted June 4, 2005 Posted June 4, 2005 Palpatine dying, end of the dark times, saved his father.... can't a dude be allowed to smile?
