New Player Variables eg. Alignment bar?

Just a little research,

can you add new bars that show you your character properties, similar to Alignment, but show up in another menu option, for example,

probably the simplest, Hunger:everybody's got to eat, over time the bar will empty, you must eat to stay alive, if it starts to get low you will get hungry and experience a small attribute dip, on the other side, if you overeat, you will get sluggish,

 

Name worth: varies from Hero to Ghost, not LS or DS, simply a difference in the characters approach to situations,

High Hero (like LS or DS mastery) gets you bonuses, Strength, Constitution, Charisma, because you are a Fearless leader and a relentless combatant,

High Ghost (same) gets you bonuses, Dexterity, Intelligence, Wisdom,

Because you don't exist and noone sees you coming, you are an enigma unsolved until the solver is terminated

 

I can't remember some of the others I thought of, but Rest should be there as well,

Heroics is the only one of these original to me, the others have been discussed before in relation to KIII hopes and predictions.
