The forum rules are clear concerning this and the Readme included in the original mod mentions: If you wish to use any or all of these files for you own public mod, please contact us for permission at the email addresses at the beginning of this file. If we grant permission, please give us credit and include this readme file with your mod. If you already got Prime's permission to do this, PM me and I'll reopen the thread.
