The Source
I will be a beta tester!!! I may need another tester. After Darth Insidious gets the files, I will see how he feels about the work that needs to be done. If it turns out that we are going to do a second set of edits, I will probally need another tester. I have plans on giving a full-version to Darth Insidious to test by next weekend. I am a little behind schedulle because I went back to school for the semester. At the beginning I had two testers, but he seemed to have disapeared.

The Source
Other - DAP News! If you are going to try skipping certain dialogue, and jump to the end of the mod, I have bad news for you: You can't. I created a locking system, which will prevent people from jumping to the end. Now, if you skip Dantooine entirely, and Jump to Nar Shaddaa, all the NPCs involved in the 'Bastila' story will ignore you. Inorder to play this mod, you will have to cover all dialogue carefully. Even Bastila on Telos is important. This was the best way to deal with any possible inconsistant storyline problems, which may occure if you go out of order. Hehehe... Ladies and Gentlement, and Jawas of All Ages! After gathering intellegance from across the forums, I am pleased to announce the new tittle version for this edition of The Dark Apprentice. The Source
Even if you could skip to the end of the mod, you wouldn't want to. You don't want to miss anything! I agree... I hope that everyone will have fun with this mod. [ Dear, LucasForums.com (Modders, Visitors, Game Players, and the Jawas) We took the original Dark Apprentice: Gold, and extended the dialogue and story extensively. It was all of you who have inspired a revison. Without your feedback, intrest, and honesty, the revision would have never taken place. I have to thank everyone here at LucasForums.com. DarthSaboteur
Where can i download this i see no link to click on or is it not finished http://www.pcgamemods.com/mod/16851.html <--That's the link to the original version of DAP:G, I'd rather recommend you wait 'til the new edition to come out. The Source
Where can i download this i see no link to click on or is it not finished Welcome to ths forums. At the current moment, you cannot download the revision. However, you can download the original version. Unfortunately, you will have to uninstall the entire mod in order to reinstall the new one. Trust me, you will want to wait. I have made so many chages to the original mod that installing the old one is a waste of time. So, why does the original mod exist online? I am using it as a place holder. Nothing more. Sorry for the confusion. If you are intrested in our progress, you can find more information here: http://www.lucasforums.com/showpost.php?p=1977286&postcount=1 Thank you for your interest, The 'Dark Apprentice' Developers I will be posting this mod at pcgamemods.com, and will be asking to host it at LucasFiles.com. If anything happens to one, there will be another version still downloadable. Until I get my own personal website up and running, I will be depending on LucasFiles.com and pcgamemods.com. I am going to try to keep it with this community.
Shem
For those who are wondering about where it is going to be hosted because of PCGM's problems with uploading new mods, you can update your mods there, so there shouldn't be a problem unless that becomes a new problem. The Source
How to Uninstall 'The Dark Apprentice: Gold' The Dark Apprentice: Gold (Uninstall Instructions) - In order to prepare for the next version of DAP (The Dark Apprentice), you will have to uninstall some very important files. Even though I have added instructions in the original version, I thought I would make a special list of file to uninstall. Since an extensive amount of the original mod has been revised, I thought it would be wise to create this list. Suggestion: Open your ‘Override’ folder, and sort the directory listing by name. Remove from Override Folder: (Alphabetical Order) appearance.2da heads.2da ia_ClassZS_007 ia_JediRobe_011 ia_JediRobe_050 ia_JediRobe_055 ia_JediRobe_056 iw_dblsbr_241 iw_lghtsbr_246 n_darkjedif01 N_JediMemF01 N_jedmast4h P_BastilaH04 P_BastilaH04d1 P_BastilaH04d2 PFBI11 PFBI50 PFBI55 PFBI56 PMBI11 PMBI50 PMBI55 PMBI56 PMBM07 po_PFHC02 po_PFHC02d1 po_PFHC02d2 t7_bastila t7_bastila.txi t7_dshilt01 t7_dshilt01.txi w_dblsbr_241.mdl w_dblsbr_241.mdx w_lghtsbr_246.mdl w_lghtsbr_246.mdx Remove from Modules Filder: (Alphabetical Order) 204TEL.MOD 601DAN.MOD 602DAN.MOD 303NAR.MOD (If you do not have any of these files, then you have already uninstalled the mod. However, the Apperence.2da and Heads.2da files could be used by another mod, so be careful in uninstalling these particular files.). If a moderator sees this, please feel free to lock this thread. Until the release of the next version, which is tomorrow, I will not need this one open. A new thread will be opened for new information and feedback. Thank You, MacLeodCorp Edit by Darth333: Thread closed at the request of the author.
