Stuck in MI4/ cant get elain give me the symbole

Hello there,

 

I am stuck in MI 4 where I should get the Gubernatorial Symbol from Elaine and give it to the Mistress to get a ship.

 

Needless to say i 've tried everything and I believe only talking to Elain and have the symbol would get me out of that phase.

 

I am ready to send the savegame file or receive a savegame file if only it helps me understand whyyyyyyyy Elaine is not talllllking to me
