RpTheHotrod
Part IV and its discussion can be found at: http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=156501 ***The Conclusion*** The informant that Gus was concerned came out of hiding. Admitting to have called you earlier about finding Pretty Boy, the informant stated that Gus the Slob was the head of the Gulf Coast Mafia. The informant also released information that the Larry Jones was also known as Pretty Boy. The death of "Snake" was quickly reported as a murder. Livor Mortis occurs at death when blood goes to the lowest part of the body possible. It causes a purple color and is often mistaken as bruises. The only exception to the purple color is if the person died of extreme cold, cyanide, or Carbon Monoxide. One of these three will cause the blood to appear cherry red, not purple. The medical examiner's report of the death of "Snake" had the results that he died of a heart attack. After an interview of a few of the employees at the Snake Pit, one of the barmaid's admitted she and the "Snake" were "going at it". During that time, "Snake" died of seemingly a heart attack. She was afraid and dragged his dead body out to his car behind the club and attempted to make his death look like a suicide. The crime scene investigation at Larry Jones' house was completed. The blood was identified as Larry Jones' blood. However, a single fingerprint other than Larry's was found under the toilet lid. The fingerprint belonged to a "Little Mona". The blue disc found on the bed was found to be a contact lense. After some research, "Little Mona" was found to be one of the girls of the "Mickey Finn Girls". It was also noted that a few months earlier, "Big Mona", the mother of "Little Mona" died in a suspicious death. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Being found at the crime scene, Little Mona was arrested and admitted to the murders (other than those involved in the car accident and the fake suicide). The Gulf Coast Mafia killed her mother and she wanted her revenge. She went around unidentified by changing her eye and hair color. It was easy to get close to the members of the Gulf Coast Mafie due to the fact that they were all involved in prostitution. Gus the Slob realized something was up, Under the guise of a vacation, Gus had his enforcer, Larry "Pretty Boy" Jones, visit the other Gulf Coast Mafia members and tell them that some suspicious activity had been happening and to watch out for any possible danger. Gus was the primary target, seeing that he was the head of the Gulf Coast Mafia. Gus was to spend some "relax" time with this prostitute and sent his employees home early. He was killed in one of the back rooms. He was then dressed up to look "ready for business" and left at his car in the parking lot. "Little Mona" was not aware that he kept his blazer buttoned. Because of this, the blazer remained unbuttoned. It is also interesting to note that the nickname of Chloral Hydrate is "Mickey Finn". ***CASE CLOSED*** and you thought your homework was difficult
Nalukai
i got some of it right... about larry jones being pretty boy in an earlier post and nothing was stated about larry jones dying from chloral hydrate either... anyways with what i did in 1-3 what you think i would have scored if i would have responded to part 4... i been working 70 hour week so i didnt have time to respond.. i was actualyl gonna respond to it right now until i saw it closed... i am concluding that the girl that had the blue contact lens used those because 80 percent of the blonde gene pool produce blonde hair blue eyes ( brown is secondary) so that is naturally what a stripper /prostitue would do is to make their eyes of the predominant... anyways i did in the back of my mind think that gus was actually the leader of the GCM but nothing told me otherwise of him being not... lol that was pretty cool to go through i wish more would have gone through with it like i did. RpTheHotrod
It never said he was killed from drugging. Notice it said Larry's blood was found. But yes, good job on the points you got Score went more towards how you investigated the murder, which you did go into great detail.
