problem with chriz's mod

Gday all,

 

i get this problem when trying to run "swmod.exe" for Chriz's mod

 

i get the error "The procedure entry point _BinkDX9SurfaceType@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library binkw32.dll"

 

i followed all the instructions in the readme but it must be operator error

 

anyone know how to fix it?

what folder you put everything?
