Ditch the con requirement on implants

I am almost done a mod that tweaks a few things in TSL, one of the changes is restoring the IMPLANT FEATS and getting rid of the CON requirement. I should have all the changes i want to do ready for posting in about a week or so.

Not to be negative or anything, but how is that possible? The feats are hard-coded into the game o_o.

Implant feats are in TSL just disabled I enabled them myself for TSL Enhanced I am not removing the con requirements in TSL enhanced but will be lowering them and using implant feats with con requirements for higher level implants. Personally I hate the implant feats in K1 I had better use of my feats then just for implants I liked the con requirements.

 

Also what feats do are hardcoded you can make new passive feats used for item checks script checks and dialog checks.
