Ship names don't change

This is only a slightly annoying bug but I've noticed that sometimes all of my ships of the same class have the same name. For instance, the first 4 Assault Frigates I built all had the name "abolisher". it also happened with my Neb-B's and corvettes. I see the file with all the different names for each class of ship so why isn't the game using them all? I know this isn't critical to gameplay but its nice to keep track of individual ships and see how long they survive over the course of a campaign. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas why it happens?

I had 2 ISD's, both of them named Allecto. I had even added loads of names into the file, so it shouldn't really be reusing the same names yet.

I don't think they understand how much we love to name our own ships. I wish we could name every ship we build while its being built but I wouldn't mind if the names just went down using them as you built but it keeps starting at the top.

I think it just picks a random name from that list at the beginning of a tactical battle. I bet if you took a single ship into two different battles, it would show up with two different names.
