adding shield?

i tried to add shield to T4B tank. i put in numbers into "shield point" and "shield refresh rate" in ground vehicle xml, but it did not work. where else should i add? Any suggestion will be appreciated.

I think you need a behavior.

The unit's land or space behavior needs to have the "SHIELDED" property.
