And we were all newbie at one point too... But most of us are the Old Dawgs, who by definition have been here since the board started almost... We just joke around like this with all the newbs... It actually helps get them acclimatized to our constant insanity... Before we started this, we lost a couple of newbs cause their heads exploded from too many insane people being in the same place at once... ------------------ We've been going about this all wrong. Has nothing to do with being an 'outsider.' 'Cause we're all outsiders somewhere, you know? Just for the record, I always barge into a new forum with an inaugural post. That way everyone gets to learn right off the bat how rude I am. I posted at a forum called 'Infidels Online' for awhile, which represented the skeptical view of the religious question. Most of the members there were hard core atheists, and I'm a full-blown new age Christian mystic. The reception I found there makes our hazing rituals seem downright loving.
