DarthTophat
I was wondering about making a video (capturing it with fraps) that highlights all the main stroyline of KOTOR. However as im sure those of you who use FRAPS know that the videos are stored in uber large files. What is a good(free) programme that is easy to use and allows me to compress them to a normal size. Det. Bart Lasiter
You could try using VirtualDub and the XviD codec. DivX (which has a slightly higher compression ratio and slightly better quality than XviD) also has a free trial you can use. I personally use the DivX codec because more editing programs support it and it's a little better than XviD. Actually, the last thing I encoded with DivX was a 40.3 Gb uncompressed AVI file that compressed to ~160 Mb, whereas the XviD codec only achieved ~185 Mb.
