No, not unless you use a mod that makes it happen. But you'll probably run into some unpredictable problems since the game's gender checks assume you are either Male of Female.

 

The "Both" and "Neither" options are mostly leftovers from Neverwinter Nights where they were used for constructs such as Golems, Elementals and for Undead. In the KotOR games I suspect they are only used for Droids.

Most of the romance dialogs check to see whether you are the correct gender rather than check the inverse: that you are not the wrong gender.

 

Example: Carth's dialog checks to see whether you are female.

Inverse: Carth's dialog checks to see whether you are not male.

 

The latter would allow a 'both' or 'none' gender to proceed with the romance.

 

I did a quick FindRefs of the GetGender function and modified the following scripts to use the inverse conditional and have attached them to this post:

(I'm not 100% sure that these will allow the full Carth/Juhani/Bastila romances to play out, but it's worth a try.)

 

Be sure you also download "KotOR 1 Fixed Cutscene Files for KSE" from http://www.starwarsknights.com/tools.php to avoid getting stuck in a cutscene which would otherwise happen if you're not male or female.
