Is it worth it?

Ok, looking over the internet it looks like Galaxies has changed alot since I stopped playing it in March, is it worth coming back now? Starting again? If so will any of you guys be my friend?

Well, I tried it again, and I didn't think it was that great, I personally wouldn't reccomend paying for a subscription again. Mostly because there just aren't alot of people online anymore. Just my 2 cents.

eh if you decide to resubscribe, i'm usually on between 9pm and 1am eastern us time. on the starsider server. i have my own guild, hardly see any of my guild members however.

The game isnt what it used to be, if they fix the lag then maybe more people can make heads and tail of it, too me the lags so frustrating i cbf putting up with it

ahh...i am on dialup, had 512mb ram, it was unplayable to my standards, then i upgraded to 1 gig and that fixed most of the lag. now i get a ping of around 200-300, so it's not so bad. i understand what lag is like, when you can't even walk outside of a starport w/o wanting to split the monitor in half.

 

maybe in the summer i'll be on later because my hours get changed at work (5pm-1am) but that is subject to change...cause i never worked those hours before. =\
