Smoke7 Posted June 23, 2006 Share Posted June 23, 2006 Hello everyone! I have played through KotOR and TSL many times on the Xbox but recently went ahead and got them for PC as well. After discovering the many mods that were available, I couldnt resist. I have looked over several sites and downloaded many mods. (Thank you everyone!) I have even started myself. I am starting slow, making some new items and such. It took me a little bit but I have the hang of it now. At least item creation. I am sure my question is a one but I looked over the tutorials and I was not able to find the answer. I am sure someone here can help me out! I noticed in several mods that people have made lightsabers that are LOOONG like Malak's saber. I was wondering what the property was to make a saber this way. If it has to do with the lightsaber itself or the crystal that goes in it. If someone could tell me what property governs this I would very much appreciate it. Thank you again everyone. ChAiNz.2da Posted June 23, 2006 Share Posted June 23, 2006 The longsaber.. aka "Malak's Model" is the #6 lightsaber model for both KotOR & TSL. If you want your saber to be the long variety, make sure you use model #6 for your base item(s) that you alter/customise For KotOR (and TSL), I believe it's: w_lghtsbr_006.mdl w_lghtsbr_006.mdx g_w_lghtsbr_006.uti * I can't remember if TSL has altered the naming scheme of the files however, but I'm pretty sure it's still the #6 model variation no matter the naming Welcome to the Forums!
