Master|Tubbs
Hey Guys, I own a HP labtop that came out in Feb. of 2006 and I'm wondering if there is any way that I can update its graphics card so that is can play KotOR without freezing. At the moment the only option that I have heard of is that I get an external card and an external monitor but I was wondering if there is any other way that I could fix it without getting a new computer or external monitors. Is there? TUBBS

Point Man
It is possible to upgrade the graphics card on some laptops. Depends on what you have. If you go to the tech support website for your computer maker, they may have the answer for you. We have a laptop that is two years old and plays KOTOR and TSL pretty well. We have to turn down the graphics options, but being able to play in the car on a long trip is pretty sweet. For more on how to help your laptop run the game, check this thread. I would try the things there before going and spending a lot of money on a new graphics card.
