Any way to merge Global.jrl files?

I have three mods that each have their own global.jrl files: Holowan Plugin (patched), Dark Apprentice, and Lonna Vash 1.2. Is there any way I can combine the three files into one I can use? How could I use K-GFF?

KGff or any Gff editor is your answer. If you scroll down through the nodes untill the bottom you will find nodes that differ within the last few nodes depending on the mods. You basically want to open up all 3 in seperate GFF editor windows and compare there last few nodes. Once you find the last node in each that matches with the others you know that all others below that need to be merged into one global.jrl file. Your likely only going to need to merge like 2 or 3 nodes from each file. Then it is a simple copy paste from one global.jrl to another. They don't have to be in any order which is great.

Thanks. That sounds simple enough.

Be aware that the above method will only work if the mods in question add new entries, not if they modify any existing entries. Finding those can be a bit trickier, since you'd need to compare each value against an unmodified global.jrl file (unless the mod author has documented what changes have been made).

Hmm, maybe a global.jrl merge utility would be useful for this kind of thing?

I used personally the tool made by TK for comparing the GFF and I found really useful, but... if there would be a tool that do the job would be really appreciated... just because I'm really lazy and knowing Stoffe's skill, I bet that the new tool would be really really really good! ;)
